Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 April 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of SwitchKit, operated by BCP Software Pty Ltd (ABN 62 641 443 094), trading as SwitchKit ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using SwitchKit, you agree to these terms.

1. What SwitchKit is

SwitchKit is a digital information service that provides personalised, step-by-step instructions to help you update your direct debit details with Australian service providers when switching bank accounts.

SwitchKit provides guidance only. We do not contact providers on your behalf, we do not initiate any transactions, and we do not act as your agent. You are responsible for completing each direct debit update yourself using the instructions provided.

2. What you get

Upon purchase, you receive:

SwitchKit + Scan also includes automated detection of direct debits from uploaded bank statements.

3. Accuracy of information

We make every effort to keep provider instructions current and accurate. However, provider portals, phone numbers, and processes change without notice. We do not guarantee that instructions are accurate at the time you use them. If you encounter an outdated instruction, please let us know at kit@switchkit.com.au.

SwitchKit is not responsible for any missed payments, failed direct debits, or other consequences arising from the use of our instructions.

4. Payment and refunds

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Because SwitchKit is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once your kit has been generated. If you experience a technical issue that prevented delivery of your kit, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
